Caterers (Multiples Roles)

Looking for a passionate and experienced Caterer to join our client's team in Brisbane! As a Caterer, you will be responsible for providing delicious and healthy meals to our clients. You will have experience in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. You will also be able to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Responsibilities: Plan menus according to clients' preferences and dietary requirements Prepare and cook a variety of meals, ensuring quality and consistency Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and food storage areas Order and manage inventory of food and supplies Work with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns Provide exceptional customer service Train and supervise kitchen staff Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Requirements: Proven experience as a Caterer or similar role Knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu planning Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Food safety and hygiene certification Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items If you are a creative and dedicated Caterer looking for a challenging and rewarding full-time role in Brisbane, we want to hear from you!
