Casting Director

VACANCY: Casting Director (Full-Time) Our client, a well-established production company, is seeking a Casting Director to join their team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Casting Director, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting actors for various productions. Responsibilities: Work with the production team to understand the requirements for each role and the vision of the project. Conduct auditions and screen tests to select actors for the roles. Negotiate contracts and terms with actors, agents, and production companies. Provide feedback and guidance to actors during the audition process. Maintain relationships with agents and industry professionals. Oversee the casting process, ensuring all deadlines are met and the project stays on schedule. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as a Casting Director or similar role in the entertainment industry. Proven ability to identify and select talented actors for various roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand the vision of the production. A deep understanding of the entertainment industry and current casting trends. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
