The Casino Host will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP and high-net-worth guests, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Engagement:** Develop and maintain relationships with high-value players, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
- **Guest Service:** Provide top-tier service to casino guests, attending to their needs, preferences, and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- **Events Coordination:** Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive events for VIP guests, offering tailored services to enhance the overall casino experience.
- **Player Development:** Identify and recruit new VIP players through various channels, including in-person interactions and online engagement.
- **Loyalty Management:** Encourage guest loyalty by providing personalized rewards, promotions, and casino offers that cater to their gaming preferences.
- **Problem Resolution:** Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, escalating them to senior management when necessary.
- **Administrative Duties:** Maintain accurate records of guest profiles, playing history, preferences, and activities, adhering to data protection regulations.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for casino guests.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all activities comply with local gaming regulations and casino policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a casino host, customer service, or sales role, preferably in the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, particularly Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance procedures in Gibraltar.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with VIP guests.
