Car Rental Customer Service Agent with German/Dutch

Tasks: *Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries, cancellations and amendments); *Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone, email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required); *Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database; *Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training; *Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions. Requirements *High School Diploma or Higher is preferred *Native/Fluent in German or Dutch *Good level of English - min B1 (training might be in ENG); *Good Problem-Solving Skills; *Strong troubleshooting skills; *Familiar with Technology; *Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong, so this is a very good skill to have); *Previous experience in any customer facing role. *Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable *Passionate about customers
