Job Summary We’re looking for a charismatic Captain Waitress for Little Krazy, our theatrical, whimsical restaurant concept at The Groves. This isn’t your average hostess job — you’ll be welcoming guests with big energy, unique flair, and a bold personality that fits right into our fantastical world. Little Krazy is a fast-paced, high-end, experience-driven restaurant — playful in tone, yet precise in delivery. We need a hostess who is polished, playful, and proud to represent Saudi hospitality with style. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and positive energy. Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the booking system. Maintain an organized flow of seating and table turns in collaboration with floor staff. Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and managers. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with poise and efficiency. Maintain host stand appearance and ensure it reflects the brand’s upbeat, polished image. Stay calm and effective in high-volume, event-driven service periods. Uphold Little Krazy’s high service standards while keeping a friendly and energetic tone. Requirements Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a hostess in F&B, hospitality, or event-driven environments in Eastern Europe. Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills. Warm, outgoing personality with the ability to stay composed under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Well-groomed appearance and confident body language. Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays, and during event periods). Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence. Experience & Adaptability in experience-driven or high-volume restaurants.
