We're looking for a sales professional who understands technical solutions, listens well, builds strong relationships – and most importantly: gets the deal done. ________________________________________ WHAT WILL YOU DO? • Bring new business – your main mission, from the first contact to delivering the final solution. • Lead business meetings and represent the company – you’ll communicate with corporate clients, architects, and project designers. • Schedule and manage your calendar effectively – always know where to be and what each meeting aims to achieve. • Propose meaningful sales strategies – no copy-paste; we value original ideas and practical steps that bring results. • Negotiate business terms – balance customer needs with company goals to reach agreements that work for both sides. • Track project progress and outcomes – monitor key metrics, ensure contract conditions are met, and evaluate success. • Bring market feedback and help create new business opportunities. • Use our CRM system (KART) daily – for organization, planning, and reporting. • Work closely with other teams – because the best results come from collaboration. • Get involved in interesting projects and challenges – and grow both professionally and personally. • Be part of a supportive team that’s got your back and pulls together. ________________________________________ WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? • Minimum high school education – technical background is a plus. • At least 2 years of sales experience – bonus points if it's in construction, development, lighting, interiors, or other technical fields. • Flexibility – sometimes you’ll need to push hard to meet a deadline. • You’re not afraid of project documentation and know how to manage a project. • Strong communication skills – you know how to talk, listen, persuade, and earn trust. • A driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel – it’s part of the job. • Comfort with numbers, contracts, reports, and technical details – it’s your daily bread. • Independence, but also team spirit – you know when to join forces. • Drive, reliability, and a eagerness to grow – that’s who we’re looking for. ________________________________________ WHAT DO YOU GET? • Stability and security – a future-proof job in a successful company with 32 years of tradition.
