Our services include Web and app development, digital marketing, brand-building through impactful graphical content, virtual assistance, outsourced accounting, and tailored ERP solutions that streamline operations, reduce errors, and accelerate growth. We also offer expert guidance for offline marketing to ensure a well-rounded business strategy. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Executive based in Bulgaria to promote and sell our range of services. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Bulgarian, and have at least 2 years of sales experience in digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential clients for digital solutions • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their business needs. • Conduct product/service presentations and negotiations with prospects. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports. • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in digital solutions. • Fluency in Bulgarian and English – written and verbal. • Solid understanding of digital marketing, software/app development, outsourced accounting, Erp solutions etc. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace). Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. • Existing network of local business contacts. • Experience working in a cross-border or international team.
