4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the construction team, including supervisors, contractors, and fellow workers. Follow instructions, coordinate tasks, and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety standards and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free construction site. Identify and report potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
