Company: Muehlhan Wind Service Location: Sweden Employment type: Fixed-term contract Start date: April 2026 Contract duration: Approximately April – September 2026 Job Description Muehlhan Wind Service is looking for experienced Blade Repair Technicians to support wind turbine service and maintenance projects in Sweden. The technician will perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine blades in accordance with industry standards and company safety procedures. Key Responsibilities - Perform wind turbine blade inspection and repair - Conduct structural and cosmetic blade repairs - Work with composite materials (fiberglass, epoxy, resins) - Follow OEM repair procedures and technical documentation - Complete repair reports and documentation - Maintain high HSE and quality standards during all tasks Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in wind turbine blade repair - Factory or manufacturing experience with wind turbine blades is highly preferred - Practical experience with composite repair techniques (laminating, grinding, sanding, filling) - Ability to communicate in English What We Offer - Fixed-term employment contract - Competitive salary in accordance with industry standards - Travel and accommodation provided by the company - Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided - Opportunity to work in an international team within the wind energy sector
