Bell Boy - London

Looking for a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our client's team as a Bell Boy in London! As a Bell Boy, you will be the first point of contact for guests as they arrive and depart from the hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests' luggage is transported to their rooms and that any special requests or needs are met promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Greeting guests upon arrival and departure Transporting guests' luggage to and from their rooms Providing information about hotel amenities, services and local attractions Assisting guests with special requests or needs Maintaining a clean and organized work area Providing excellent customer service to guests at all times Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to lift and move heavy luggage If you are passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you!
