1. Treatment & Service - Perform facial, skin, and basic aesthetic treatments safely and professionally - Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments/products - Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and ready before & after each session 2. Client Care - Greet clients warmly and provide a comfortable treatment experience - Explain procedures, aftercare, and home care clearly - Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when needed 3. Hygiene & Safety - Follow clinic SOP, hygiene standards, and infection control procedures - Properly handle tools, equipment, and consumables - Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance 4. Sales & Clinic Support - Promote treatments, packages, and skincare products ethically - Support clinic sales targets and client retention efforts - Assist with simple documentation (treatment records, consent forms) 5. Teamwork & Growth - Work closely with therapists, doctors, and front desk staff - Attend training and improve skills continuously - Follow clinic rules, schedules, and performance standards
