Lead team practices, games, and tournaments, and provide ongoing guidance and support to players to help them achieve their full potential. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Basketball Coach, with a proven track record of success in coaching youth or adult teams. Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of basketball. Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and engage players. Ability to work well under pressure, manage competing demands, and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel with the team as needed. Valid coaching certification from a recognized governing body.
