As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to the company's standards and recipes Operate and maintain coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers Provide excellent customer service, engage with customers, and answer any questions they may have about the products Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the coffee bar, equipment, and storage areas Receive and store inventory of coffee, tea, and other ingredients, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the coffee shop Learn and educate customers about the coffee-making process and the different types of coffee and tea beverages Requirements: Proven work experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy coffee shop or chain A passion for coffee and an in-depth knowledge of coffee-making techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and ability to follow company standards and recipes Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred If you are a coffee enthusiast who enjoys providing excellent customer service and working in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
