Role Overview: We are looking for a Banking Customer Service Specialist fluent in German to join our team supporting a major banking institution. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving common issues related to financial products and services. Your focus will be to provide clear information, suggest solutions, and ensure excellent customer experiences. No prior banking or finance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your communication skills, eagerness to learn, and customer-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily customer inquiries in German Resolve standard banking product and service issues Provide clear, accurate information and solutions Collaborate with the team to maintain service quality What We Offer: Competitive salary of 7,500 PLN gross Full-time, shift work between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday) Work on-site in Szczecin with a hybrid model option (1 week in office, 3 weeks remote) after a 3-month onboarding period Full training and ongoing support Relocation package including reimbursement of travel expenses and 2 weeks of paid accommodation Requirements: Very good command of German (C1 level) — no need for Polish or English Strong communication skills Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn Availability to work in shifts as described
