Role Overview: We are looking for a Banking Customer Service Specialist fluent in German to join our team supporting a major banking institution. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving common issues related to financial products and services. Your focus will be to provide clear information, suggest solutions, and ensure excellent customer experiences. No prior banking or finance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your communication skills, eagerness to learn, and customer-oriented attitude.
