Emploviders is a growing outsourcing and remote staffing company supporting startups and established businesses with flexible, cost-effective talent solutions. We provide services across Digital & Creative Marketing, IT, Operations & Administration, Business Development, and Sales. We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Partner to expand our client base internationally. Your main responsibility will be to identify, approach, and close new business opportunities. You will manage the sales cycle from first contact to deal closure, while Emploviders’ internal team handles service delivery and client onboarding. This role is performance-based, ideal for individuals who are confident in selling services, working independently, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new B2B leads. - Approach potential clients through outbound channels and networking. - Understand client needs and present Emploviders’ outsourcing solutions. - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. - Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding. Requirements: - Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline. - Confidence in closing deals and working in a commission-based structure. - Experience selling services, outsourcing, or solutions is a strong advantage. - Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) What We Offer: - 100% commission-based compensation with no earning cap. - Recurring commissions on retained clients. - Full remote work with flexible hours. - Sales support, materials, and service delivery handled by Emploviders. - Opportunity for a durable long-term contract after 6 months of successful performance.
