Job Description

Key Responsibilities Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing activities Take manual control of the vehicle whenever required Follow assigned routes, testing protocols, and work schedules Observe and evaluate road conditions, traffic patterns, and vehicle performance Accurately document incidents, observations, and test results Utilize smartphones, in-vehicle systems, and digital reporting tools Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and operational guidelines Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support data collection efforts Maintain a professional, safety-first mindset at all times Required Qualifications EU Citizenship or legal authorization to work in Spain Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Availability and willingness to travel to the United States for training (visa sponsorship provided where applicable) Good command of English (spoken and written) Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends Ability to remain focused during extended driving periods Basic digital proficiency (smartphones, Google Workspace, navigation tools, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and strong commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications Experience in Autonomous Vehicle (AV) testing or Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Automotive industry experience Technical understanding of vehicle systems and technologies Experience working within structured, process-driven environments Strong reporting and documentation skills What We Offer ✅ Contract Employment with long-term project opportunities ✅ Competitive compensation package ✅ Paid 4-week training program ✅ Travel, accommodation, and training expenses fully covered during U.S. training ✅ Opportunity to work on pioneering autonomous vehicle technologies ✅ Professional, international, and collaborative work environment ✅ Continuous learning, support, and career development opportunities
