As an Athletics Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for athletes at all levels. Your main focus will be on coaching athletes to improve their skills, while also providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement training programs for athletes of all levels Coach and mentor athletes to improve their skills and performance Provide guidance and support to help athletes achieve their goals Monitor and evaluate athlete progress and adjust training programs accordingly Communicate with athletes, parents, and other coaches to ensure everyone is on the same page Manage team logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment maintenance Stay up-to-date with the latest training techniques and industry trends Requirements: Proven experience as an Athletics Coach, with a strong background in track and field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well with athletes of all ages and skill levels Strong organizational and time-management skills Passion for athletics and a desire to help athletes achieve their goals Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field (preferred) This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team that is dedicated to helping athletes achieve their full potential.
