Athletics Coach - Zurich

RecCH is currently hiring an Athletics Coach for one of its leading clients based in Zurich, Switzerland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the development and coaching of athletes in various disciplines. As an Athletics Coach, you will be responsible for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete and developing individualized training programs to improve their performance. You will also work closely with other coaches to coordinate and implement team strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in sports science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in coaching athletics. Additionally, candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized training programs for athletes based on their strengths and weaknesses Work with other coaches to coordinate team strategies and tactics Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust training programs accordingly Communicate regularly with athletes and their families to provide updates on progress and discuss future goals Attend competitions and provide on-site coaching and support to athletes Maintain accurate records of athlete progress and provide reports to management as required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in sports science or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching athletics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Passion for sports and helping athletes achieve their full potential If you are a passionate and experienced Athletics Coach looking for an exciting new opportunity in Zurich, we encourage you to apply.
