Assembly Employee The Assembly Employee can perform various assembly tasks across different segments, with the Allround variant being able to fill a relatively larger number of workstations. Assembly Assembling semi-finished products into (components of) units and/or damage-free disassembly and/or renovation of units according to applicable guidelines, received instructions, and (non-complex) working drawings. Carrying out (dis)assembly tasks according to the schedule and priorities indicated by the Coordinator. Promptly consulting the Coordinator in case of questions, deviations, or uncertainties regarding received assignments. Logging the work, both before and after the completion of the project. Collaborating and consulting with colleagues and subcontractors to meet production targets. Properly handling the provided tools. Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace. Correctly adhering to company, safety, occupational health, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations. Actively participating in the daily start-up meeting. Inspection Checking (or having checked) assembled units for dimensions and quality. Marking off the checklist after completing the inspection. Reporting detected deviations to the Coordinator. Improvement Proposals Suggesting useful and realistic possibilities to improve the assembly process or production environment, using the designated forms.
