As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual elements of the company's projects and ensuring that they meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the visual style and brand identity of the company Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop new design concepts Oversee the design and production of print and digital media, including websites, advertisements, and marketing materials Manage a team of designers and ensure that they are meeting project deadlines and producing high-quality work Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company is utilizing the latest design techniques and tools Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field 5+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing your creative design skills and ability to work with various mediums Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software Excellent leadership and project management skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with teams and clients Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin If you are a creative leader with a passion for design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
