Agile Delivery Manager

Delivery Manager (Agile) up to £60k They're a reputable brand that has tech and it's people at the heart of everything they do. Spanning across 3 sectors (data, E-commerce and financial services) the project work is varied and incredibly interesting. It's a really exciting time to get on board - they're constantly looking at ways to improve and stay ahead of the curve so there's lot going on just now and you can be at the heart of it. They are completing a major transformation of their tech estate, evolving their Agile ways of working, and in supporting the wider strategic priorities, embedding Agile principles throughout the wider business. HQ'd in Manchester they offer both remote and flexible working. They do meet up so living in and around the North West is ideal. Facilitate daily squad stand-up meetings, planning and refinement meetings and retros Drive communication and visualisation of progress, transparency, and position of delivery Create transparency and predictability across the team using appropriate methods, tools, and metrics Identify and remove impediments faced by the team Work collaboratively with stakeholders to proactively manage any risks, issues or delays. We're looking for a mix of the following: Agile Delivery and/or Scrum Master experience Commercial experience delivering a set of technology products/services Experience establishing, embedding, and/or coaching agile ways of working Strong stakeholder management skills Matrix management experience Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong communication skills What's on offer?
