Our esteemed client in Cork, Ireland is looking for a skilled Agile Coach to join their team and drive their agile transformation. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for:
Agile Transformation: Guiding and supporting teams and individuals in adopting and implementing agile principles, values, and practices. Helping organizations transition from traditional project management approaches to agile methodologies.
Team Facilitation: Facilitating agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and alignment within the team.
Coaching and Mentoring: Providing coaching and mentoring to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams. Offering guidance on agile best practices, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
Agile Framework Implementation: Assisting in the selection and implementation of appropriate agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean. Ensuring teams understand and follow the principles and practices of the chosen framework.
Performance Metrics and Reporting: Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. Generating reports and insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders at various levels to promote agile values and principles. Educating and influencing key stakeholders to foster a culture of agility and support agile initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Driving a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and encouraging teams to identify and implement process improvements. Encouraging experimentation and learning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide individuals and teams.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in implementing agile practices and leading agile transformations.
Strong understanding of software development processes and principles.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Coach (CAC) are highly desirable.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and navigate through ambiguity.
