Job Description
We’re looking for an Administrative Analyst to join our team! As an Administrative Analyst, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of analysts. Your duties will include managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, then we want you on our team! Administrative Analyst Duties: Develop and maintain databases for research, statistics, and other organizational tools Perform tasks such as creating programs and macros, arranging files, and determining database structures Research, interpret, and apply new organizational systems Research and evaluate processes to find ways to improve organizational efficiency Review and process paper documents for accuracy Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Perform other duties as assigned by management Administrative Analyst Responsibilities: Manage private offices and conference rooms Manage company phone, and manage all phone procedures for incoming and outgoing calls Operate office equipment, including photocopier, fax machine, and copier Assist with special projects, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents Maintain organization by answering phones, receiving visitors, and managing mail Perform data entry and maintain files Maintain and update personnel records Maintain company vehicle and equipment, including ordering supplies and maintaining company vehicles Create and update spreadsheets and other databases Conduct project reports Requirements And Skills: Bachelor’s degree 2+ years’ demonstrated experience as an administrative analyst or secretary Excellent communication, data entry, and customer service skills Knowledge of office procedures and systems Ability to proficiently manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong organizational and time
