Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for the company's daily accounting, including general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, and expense reimbursement. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. * Assist with annual audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with Singapore accounting and tax regulations. * Manage cash flow and bank transactions, conducting regular reconciliations. * Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making. * Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency and compliance. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Preference will be given to candidates holding professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA Singapore. * 2-5 years of relevant work experience (recent graduates may be considered for entry-level accounting positions). * Familiar with Singapore SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standards) and tax regulations. * Proficient in using accounting software (such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB, etc.) and MS. Excel skills are essential for effective communication in both English and Chinese. Ability to collaborate with cross-departmental teams and external auditors/tax advisors is crucial. Detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses excellent time management and teamwork abilities.
