📝 Responsibilities 1. Document & Research Proposal Review Review students’ CVs, Personal Statements, and Research Proposals. Provide professional editing suggestions to ensure logical clarity and adherence to UK/US academic standards. Optimize students’ research direction and methodological framework. 2. Interview Preparation & Coaching Conduct mock PhD interviews. Train students in academic communication, logical presentation, and demonstrating research depth. Guide students on presenting their research motivation and ideas effectively. 3. Academic Matching & Coordination Communicate with overseas professors to assess the fit between students’ research interests and potential supervisors. Advise students on writing professional emails and initiating academic dialogue. Evaluate students’ understanding of their research questions and methodologies. 4. Research Proposal Assessment Evaluate whether students’ proposals demonstrate sufficient academic depth and feasibility. Provide systematic improvement suggestions to enhance research logic and originality. 5. Meeting Participation & Academic Guidance Join online meetings between students and professors when necessary. Guide discussion to ensure clear and effective communication. Help students translate academic ideas into actionable research plans.
