💻 **What’s the role?** You’re part sales, part advisor, part problem-solver. From first inquiry to post-booking support, you’ll guide customers through their cruise journey—and yes, you’ll sell the experience too. 🚀 **What you’ll be doing** * Handle inbound calls from customers and travel agents * Sell cruise packages and upgrade the experience (upsell & cross-sell) * Help with bookings, changes, and post-booking support * Answer questions about destinations, ships, pricing, and documents * Turn interest into bookings (this is a sales role!) 💰 **The Offer** 💸 €1,500 x14 salaries 🍽️ €7.63/day meal allowance ⏰ **Schedule** * Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 18:00 (rotational) * Weekends: 08:00 – 17:00 (occasional shifts up to 19:00) * 2 rotational days off 🧠 **You’re a great fit if you** * Speak **Danish at C2 level** + English (B2+) * Have **sales experience (mandatory)** * Love travel, tourism, or customer interaction * Are confident, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking * Know how to turn a conversation into a sale ✈️ **Ready to sell experiences, not just services?** 👉 Apply now and start your journey in the travel industry.
