Travel costs covered Ideal start date: 1st June About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Engineer to join our team. You will handle customer's connected car's incident ticket, troubleshooting basic network issues. Main requirements: - 4G/5G network architecture knowledge - connected vehicle/automotive OEM domain understanding - fluent English (spoken + written) C1 - Jira experience - Strong communication & presentation skills - Customer-facing mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic connected cars'network connectivity issues (e.g., 4G/5G Network, DNS, firewalls, routing, TCP/IP) for our customer. - Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy and monitor applications. Document code, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role (or equivalent practical experience) - basic network knowledge: understand IP addressing, subnets, TCP/UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS - common network troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, netstat, curl) - basic 4G/5G Network knowledge (APN, DNN, Signalling flow) - MySQL: basic knowledge of MySQL script (basic query command) - familiarity with Linux command line (e.g., file system navigation, process management, log analysis) - problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team - customer-facing mindset. English proficiency: B2-C1 or higher, able to read/write technical documentation and communicate clearly (spoken and written). Nice to Have: - knowledge of Tbox function is a plus - knowledge of 4G/5G Mobile Network (Core/Radio Network Element, signalling) - familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
