Strong skills in piano/keyboard performance. Experience working with vocalists and arranging harmonies is a plus. Creating guide piano tracks (to support vocals). Providing harmonic support and chord voicings. Delivering the chord progressions written in sheet music (or lead sheets with chords/notation). Reliability and good communication during the collaboration.
