Project Management for Commissioning & Quality

Proceeding • Analyze existing processes/procedures and identify gaps within the process map - Processes and way-of-working - IT-solutions and tools - Skills and trainings - KPIs • Prioritization of improvement measures and roadmap together with top management • Allocation of resources needed for improvement • Detailed definition of solutions with the relevant stakeholders • Alignment of solutions across quality and commissioning management and lead gap closing • Guiding the implementation of appropriate processes, IT-solutions and tools for EHSS Qualifications • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects • Understanding of construction processes and touch points with Quality and Commissioning • Basic understanding of Quality and Commissioning process and connection to other areas • Strong stakeholder management skills with focus on aligning involved areas • Degree in engineering or comparable degree program • Experience as project manager in construction projects • Experience in quality and commissioning areas • Experience in large scale, fast paced construction projects
