Rome Airport (FCO) luggage retrieval

My luggage is trapped in the FCO airport. I can see if from my GPS tracker, and know exactly where it is, but they aren't forwarding it along. I need someone to go to the airport with the information around my bags and get the airport to forward the bags to me.
