Hilf mir, einen lange verschollenen Verwandten in Perl,

I am coming from the US to Perl, Germany, to see if I can find a cousin I haven't seen in 20 years. I'd like to visit the town I last saw him in to see what I can learn. But would feel more comfortable going with someone who can speak German. It may involve driving me around the town to seek answers. I need someone comfortable with talking with people and who can properly translate German to English, as I don't know German.
