Fix Broken Business Controls & Accountability Systems

I work with business owners and leadership teams to diagnose and correct structural breakdowns in how money, responsibility, and decisions flow through the business. This is not SOP writing or admin support. The work focuses on identifying why controls fail, where accountability breaks down, and how risk, leakage, and internal friction are being created by poor system design. Typical outcomes include: -Clear accountability boundaries between leadership, operations, and finance -Controls that prevent disputes, write-offs, and unauthorised decisions -Commercial frameworks that protect revenue before problems occur -Alignment between what leadership believes is happening and what actually is Engagements typically begin with a diagnostic review to surface root causes and define priorities. From there, work is scoped either as targeted hourly intervention or as a defined corrective engagement, depending on complexity and risk exposure. This ensures time is spent fixing the right problems — not producing documentation that looks good but changes nothing.
