Position: Customer Support & Operations Coordinator Type: Part-Time, Temporary, On-Call Pay: $35/hour Location: Remote About the Role We are looking for a reliable and professional team member to support client communications and project operations for our technology projects. This is a customer-facing role that involves working directly with clients, helping gather requirements, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and technical teams. Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients * Communicate with clients via email, chat, and meetings * Gather project requirements and document client needs * Coordinate with developers and project stakeholders * Follow up on project tasks and deliverables * Schedule meetings and maintain project communications * Assist with client onboarding and support activities * Help ensure a positive client experience throughout the project lifecycle - Requirements * Previous experience in customer-facing support, operations, account coordination, or project coordination * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working with technology-focused projects * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities * Professional written and verbal English communication * Experience working with software, AI, cloud, or IT-related projects is a strong plus - Flexibility We know flexibility matters.
