Due to their expanding services and growing client demand, they are currently seeking enthusiastic and service-driven individuals with a passion for skincare, client care, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to join their team Position: Aesthetic Doctor – Full Time Location: Old Klang Road, KL 58200 Skudai, Johor 81300 Job Responsibilities: • Contact new customers to successfully arrange appointment to outlets for treatment (Customers provided by company’s marketing team) • Conduct patient consultations and assess aesthetic goals • Recommend suitable treatments based on patient needs • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (Botox, fillers, lasers, chemical peels, etc.) • Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress • Conduct follow-ups and manage complications if any • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation • Advise patients on pre- and post-treatment care • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and Malaysian medical regulations (MMC, APC) • Stay updated on latest aesthetic techniques and technologies • Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure excellent patient experience Requirements: • Open gender (Malaysian Only) • 26-35 years old • Minimum Degree Level • MBBS holder • Must have APC / MMC • Completed 4 years of compulsory service • Able to speak in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (Must) Remuneration package: • Basic Salary: RM 10,000.00 – RM 12,000.00 • Commission: Personal Commission • Work Schedule: Mon – Sat, 11 am – 7 pm • Flexible Hours: ±1 hour for start and end times • Training & Development: Comprehensive guidance from beginner to LCP and beyond, with course leave for continued learning • Career Progression: Clear path from Basic → Senior → Advanced Doctor • International Exposure: Opportunities to attend global conferences • Opportunity to attend international conferences. • Work-Life Balance – Enjoy regular off days on Sundays and listed public holidays. • Free treatments & staff price for products and in house treatments. • Additional course leaves • Panel clinic & medical leaves • Annual leaves Interested pls contact 013 3223 590 (Ernie) or email resume with a photo to RECRUITMENT4@JXBR.COM.MY
