Convert 2D drawings into 3D renderings

We need assistance in converting 2D architectural drawings of the exterior and interior of a non-navegable péniche, into 3D renderings. Once the 3D renderings have been completed will will need ongoing assistance in the manipulation of them to polish the design as construction takes place. Applican MUST speak fluent English. The payment is negotiable and we will need discussion as there is the original rendering, and ongoing work that will probably last several months. Please be ready to share samples of past works.
